How do I determine my correct shirt size?
We offer a comprehensive Fit Guide on every product page that details our Slim, Heritage, and Classic fits. You will need your neck size and sleeve length measurements for the most accurate fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your unworn, unwashed items within 90 days of purchase. Please note that monogrammed or custom-tailored items are final sale.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day and overnight shipping options for an additional fee if you need your items sooner.
Do you offer professional monogramming services?
Yes, we offer custom monogramming on most of our dress shirts for a small fee. You can select your preferred font, color, and placement directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your Paul Fredrick account.
