At Paul Fredrick, we stand behind the quality of our menswear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unworn items within 90 days of the shipping date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Exchange or Refund

  Indicate whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size or color, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
